I recently ordered 2 pair of glasses, one with their free UV blocker and one with the $16.95 blue UV block. The free block tints the lens yellow and the blue block tints them green.

Family members have ordered from Zenni previously and the lens were clear, as they should be. Even though the issue seems to be an internal quality control problem, the Zenni representative said that their policy is that the customer must pay to ship the glasses back and they issue only store credit; they will not refund your payment.

Of course, if I ordered now, the lens would probably still be tinted. Find a vendor who stands behind their product and will refund fully when there are mistakes on their end.

I had the same thing happen to me. 2 pairs with uv blocker and there's a very noticeable green tint to everything. This is absolutely no good because I do a lot of video color correction.


It is almost impossible to chat online or get them on the phone.
