Your website sucks
Preferred solution: Fix it where I can sign in with my sonyan are fixed somehow delete. I don't want it deleted because I've got too much information stored, look for R. W dixon5553 at gmail dot com

Glasses have a haze like I'm looking through mist at Niagara falls
I have bought 5 or 6 pairs of glasses from zenni and Ive never been satisfied. I need to stop thinking my next pair will be better because it never is.
This time, my glasses have a haze.
When looking through them it's like I'm looking through the mist at Niagara falls.
Zanni wants me to take a picture of the glasses and send it to them and then they will decide if they will allow a return.
And if they allow a return it's only 50% back to my HSA card OR 100% store credit.
I told them I am never buying another pair of glasses from them so I want 100% refund. They refused.
Im on the phone on hold with my HSA card hoping to get them to simply reverse the charges.
ZENNI SUCKS and their non-USA Dcustomer service reps who barely speak english are terrible.

I didn't want to even vive you one star. I have been waiting for a refund now for 8 months .
I've never seen such an incompetent bunch in you accounting office. They say they my refund to my old card after I told them three times what the new number was. Now they say they sent the money to the proper card and it didn't reach me neither they told me to fill my bank my bank had no idea what this tracking number was or anything I don't believe you can put a tracking number on money it's absolutely unheard of all I want is my money back I was told I will get a full refund because of the troubles I've been having I haven't seen it sent and it was December 21st when I started this journey with you people.
I'm very angry and disappointed in this company I'm surprised you're still afloat. I'm going to end up suing your *** if you don't smarten up pretty soon and I know I would get a lot of money for the problems that you put me through the hours I've spent on the phone the hours I have written emails and read emails so watch your step and send me my f*****money.
