Zenni Optical - Manufactured horrible and horrible customer service

Zenni sent me a defective product. When called customer service I was advised that I can send them back so that they can look into it. When asked if I would get a refund I was advised no. I feel that all of us who have been scammed out of money by zenni and sent sub-par glasses should file a class action lawsuit. These glasses were for my 8 year old son and he can’t even wear them. Other people should know what zenni does and they should compensate us for our inconvenience.

Zenni Optical - Prescription Incorrect

Wrong Rx (lens), too blurry. I ordered a pair from a competitor the same day and the prescription for them is fine. Since Zenni doesn't pay shipping & handling and the total cost was so cheap, not sending them back since S&H is more than the frames are worth ($11.00). Taking them to my doctor to check the Rx they were made with and possibly fitting them with an appropriate lenses.
