They responded through facebook messenger and agreed to take the glasses back.

I am partially blind and desperately needed glasses to replace a scratched pair (one eye only). The pair that arrived was unusable.

I can see better with nothing than with this pair. The lens is very flat and thick. Bizarre. The person helping me with the order couldn't figure out the return and they say it's too late.

I'll probably take the pair and smash it in my driveway with my car just due to the frustration, lost time, lost money and ultimately ... I really needed the glasses.

I have nothing really to add - their customer service is slow and ineffective and rude.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. Do not recommend this company.

Zenni Optical Pros: I liked that i had an option to order glasses online.
